Johnny Foley's Recap - The Crave Band
We played to a full house last Friday night at Johnny Foley's. Pepople started dancing early and things really go going on the second set and never really slowed down. I was a fantastic night for everyone.
Musicians from a band called "The Crave" ...
were in the crowd enjoying the scene at Foley's. They asked us if it were OK if they could play a few songs and of course we obliged. They are doing a national tour with a couple of other bands from the UK, driving across the United States in a double decker bus. (See "Brit Bus Tour") They played a couple originals and got an excellent response from the crowd.
I wasn't able to make it up to Union Square the next day to see them play, however I stopped by their website at MySpace. Their music is polished Brit Rock and it sounds great. Please check them out at http://myspace.com/thecraveband I think we may be hearing more from these guys.
